Reynolds Renovation

The client’s 1966-built home needed a modern update to better suit their young family of three. With a clear vision for their new home, they sought to enhance the space with thoughtful renovations.

We extended the rear of the house to enlarge the main living area and removed the original wall between the kitchen and living room, creating a modern, open-plan living space. Even with the extension, this renovation remains a total of 95m2 – the perfect balance of compactness meets functionality. The client loves that every square meter of their home is thoughtfully utilised, delivering a space that is incredibly efficient.
