Metricup Pool

The client engaged Peter Moran Architects to design a complimentary outdoor area and pool after having enlisted their services years before for the main house. The clients’ goal was to create a space with uninterrupted views of the surrounding bush of this incredible Metricup property.

To maximise these views, we created stone-pitched walls, eliminating the need for glass balustrading and maintaining a clear sightline. Our team undertook extensive sub-soil drainage work before starting construction, and incredibly, all earthmoving materials were sourced from the Metricup property itself, resulting in a significant cost saving for the client.
