Situated on a great block overlooking a large dam in Cowaramup, this property allowed for easy access due to the absence of new builds on either side. Our clients, a young family, partnered with local designer Lurie to create a solar passive home tailored to both the site and its orientation and their growing family needs.

The kitchen was a central focus, featuring ample cabinetry and a design that effortlessly connects with the laundry for easy day-to-day use. The living space integrates seamlessly with the outdoors.

The home’s front elevation is particularly outstanding, with its combination of silvertop ash timber and screen battens adding warmth to the Monument Colourbond cladding. A large corner window with a window hood provides stunning views of the dam for the clients.
