Our wonderful clients previously owned a book store in the Perth Hills, so when they purchased this great beachside Busselton property, it was imperative that as part of the renovation a room was allocated as a library. The outdoor renovations were also a top priority. We designed a front deck that allows our clients to bask in the northern winter sun and enjoy cool shade during the summer months. Underfloor heating to the new ensuite was also installed, as well as renovations to the bedrooms. To ensure the house was accessible, a wheelchair ramp was also installed at the back entrance.
